Auditions are open to everyone in the community. All actors receive a $100 honorarium.

TRP hires professional artistic directors for each production.  The audition process varies from show to show (e.g., readings from the script vs. prepared monologues). The theatre encourages its directors in inclusive casting (ethnic/racial background, gender, disability, etc.).
