Waiver required. Special assignment/permission from staff required to work around equipment, machinery, tools, and at strike of the show.

MINORS ACCOMPANYING A PARENT (GUARDIAN) IN THE COMPANY
Ages 14-17
No waiver required. The parent (guardian) must get permission before bringing in minors (e.g., the permission of the director for being at rehearsal, the permission of designers for being in their shops).
Minors cannot accompany company members for strike.
