George made his TRP debut directing Richard III, and followed it with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and Rhinoceros. He has been an Instructor of Theatre/Film Studies at Inver Hills Community College for 35 years, where he has directed 60+ productions. He is in his 17th year as Artistic Director for Shakespeare & Company, and has also directed 100+ productions in academic, community, semi-professional, and summer stock theatres. George earned his Master of Fine Arts degree in theatre directing from Minnesota State University-Mankato; as part of that program, he spent two seasons at the Guthrie Theater.
