These volunteers work one-on-one with the public:

 
BOX OFFICE STAFF  — Responsible for ticket sales during a performance. Lengthy training period. TIME COMMITMENT: a minimum of nine times per year on weekends.

 
HOUSE MANAGERS — Responsible for front-of-house; supervise ushers in seating audience; oversee preparation and sales of concessions. TIME COMMITMENT: a minimum of nine times per year on weekends.

 
USHERS — Assemble programs; seat audience; help with concessions.
